There are two events with many out of country guests from several traditions and cultures attending. To make sure all our guests are comfortable we are providing some additional information for you.

July 28, 6:00pm, Estate Opens

The Night Before, Welcome BBQ, 7:00- 8:00 Dinner Served

Attire: Casual.

This event is being held on the Newhall Estate. The estate has walking paths, gardens and places to explore. Lawn games will be available if weather permits. We will also have a fire pit going and an opportunity to make smore's. The dress is casual. Please be comfortable and enjoy the estate. If it rains the event will be held indoors. Jeans, casual pants or casual dress are all appropriate. We recommend you dress for the weather so you can spend some time enjoying the grounds even if it is lightly raining if you choose to do so. The main house has a library and gathering rooms with games and music.

Please RSVP if you will be joining us for dinner or not so we may advise the caterers. If you cannot make dinner please feel free to come by the Estate later. Event ends 9:30pm

July 29, 2:30pm: Estate Opens to Guests gathering and music.

3:00pm Wedding Ceremony starts. Followed by a reception, dinner and dancing, late night snacks and fire pit.

Attire: Formal / Black-Tie (Optional)

We hope to have the ceremony and drinks reception outside in the walled garden and patio. Dinner and dancing will be held indoors in the Coach House with the patio and fire pits open for the dancing celebration. This will depend on the weather. If the weather does not cooperate all events will be indoors but regardless, the different events require short walks outside to some of the different event spaces. The Estate provides umbrellas for all guests. Please consider appropriate wraps/garments for the weather.
